To be a steakhouse worthy of the name, we've selected the finest beef breeds for you (Charolais, Salers, Limousin, Aubrac, etc.). The ground beef patties in our burgers are made from Charolais beef, and we bake our fries from scratch, golden and crispy to perfection. We love showcasing fresh, local produce and working with short supply chains.
